Welcome to the 11th year of The Guide to Healthy Living. For the past 10 years we have strived to be the bridge that connects the allopathic medical communities with the complimentary/alternative health communities. We take this task very seriously.
We have spent the past year developing health and business relationships within the Pikes Peak Region and opening new ones in Southern Colorado, especially Pueblo. Through our friendships in Pueblo we have been able to create for the first time, a separate Southern Colorado Edition of the Guide.
As we enter our 12th year, we anticipate more change in health care - new modalities, new technologies and new legislation. As we learn, so shall we share and teach with you. It is our intent to keep you well informed, so that you can make wise choices about your health care, your home environment and your career choices.

About the Cover
The Blue Dragonfly was painted by Ani Rose Whalenswan who graciously provided the cover art. It is an acrylic on paper layering process. Through her art, and in opportunities she makes available to others, the brings the process of personal healing and transformation to individuals and groups.
